Where agreed as part of a genuine production project, we can coordinate supporting documentation and specialist assistance for the relevant immigration and visa procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Visa approval, permission to work and entry into Romania are never guaranteed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check the requirements before planning travel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The appropriate procedure depends on each applicant\u2019s nationality, country of residence, existing travel documents, intended activities and length of stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An invitation approved by Romania\u2019s General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI) may be required, depending on the applicable rules and exemptions. This is a separate stage from the consular decision on the visa application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The travel purpose and supporting documents must accurately reflect the proposed production activities. Applicants remain responsible for their declarations, personal documentation and any required appointments or biometric collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our support is provided in connection with an agreed production project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information needed for an initial assessment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please send:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your production company\u2019s name, registration details and contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A brief description of the project and the services required in Romania.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposed filming dates, locations and intended duration of stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of travelling participants, their nationalities and countries of residence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each participant\u2019s role and professional relationship with the production company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the project has been reviewed, we will explain which additional documents are needed and how to provide them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please do not send passport copies or other sensitive personal documents with your first enquiry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fees and advance payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service fees currently listed are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>File preparation and coordination of the applicable IGI procedure: \u20ac350 per applicant.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notarised invitation arrangements: \u20ac300 per invitation<\/strong>, where required and appropriate for the proposed group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consular visa fees:<\/strong> payable separately by the applicant through the competent authority\u2019s designated payment arrangements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The written quotation confirms the exact services included, applicable taxes, third-party expenses and any additional documentation costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Agreed IGI and visa-support charges must be paid in full before the relevant work begins.<\/strong> TELEDEME SRL does not finance applicants\u2019 documentation or application expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These charges are identified separately from the production budget and its advance-payment requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-refundable and non-transferable costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fees for agreed preparation and processing work, together with administrative and third-party costs incurred or committed for the application, are non-refundable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This applies even if an application is refused, a decision is delayed, or a visa is withdrawn or unused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These amounts cannot be transferred, reused or credited towards another applicant, application or production project. Any new application requires a new quotation and written acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conditions are accepted in writing before work begins, subject to applicable mandatory law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timing and decisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allow sufficient time for document preparation, any required IGI procedure, consular appointments and examination of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no single processing timetable suitable for every production. Additional document requests, checks or appointment constraints may affect the schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We cannot promise an approval date or expedited treatment.
