It is a bureaucratic procedure that involves numerous documents, notices and related approvals. There is no emergency procedure<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/filmproductionromania.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2149117818-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6518\" srcset=\"https:\/\/filmproductionromania.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2149117818-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/filmproductionromania.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2149117818-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/filmproductionromania.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2149117818-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/filmproductionromania.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2149117818.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Romania has a lot of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/filmscoutromania\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cinematic locations and sets<\/a>.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, it&#8217;s been a constantly increasing requests for productions shot and serviced in Romania lately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, Romania Visa application is a quite <strong>tricky and time-consuming procedure<\/strong>, even more complicate in the last period due to European concerns regarding immigration policies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, since April 2024, Romania became Schengen country, therefore <strong>Immigration Office &#8211; IGI endorsement is compulsory<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Film Production Romania is strictly a provider of professional local outsourcing film-TV production services. As a result, Film Production Romania cannot assume legal responsibilities regarding obtaining work\/film visas, but it has all the tools necessary to ensure full professional support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, Film Production Romania partnered with one of the best <strong>consulting organization<\/strong> in Romania &#8211; so the visa application procedure is considerably simplified and therefore most successful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-black-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>applicants&#8217; valid <strong>passport <\/strong>(as issued by the country of origin)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company <strong>registration <\/strong>official papers (as issued by the country of origin)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work relation <strong>proof <\/strong>between the applicant and the Company (property rights, shareholder, administrator, employee, collaborator with official contract, etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Film project details (moodboard \/ scriptboard \/ description)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Costs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted has-palette-color-8-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-2\">IMPORTANT: Since April 2024, Romania consulates issue Schengen visa, therefore IGI endorsement is compulsory. <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>file preparation cost + IGI (Immigration Office) endorsement + stamp: \u20ac350.00 \/ applicant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consular taxes: will be paid at the Embassy by the applicant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>notarial authenticated invitation: \u20ac300.00 \/ invitation (can hold up to 20 applicants)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Completing the IGI file requires the payment of fees and official notices, in accordance with Romanian legislation. Since IGI files and approvals are mandatory for obtaining a visa, we cannot undertake and allow these payments on behalf of visa applicants from our own funds, because only the applicant benefits from these services. As a result, the payment of these fees and permits is made <strong>ONLY in full in advance by the visa applicant<\/strong>.<br>What we do is to represent and assist the visa applicants and we make these payments on their behalf, in order to obtain the complete documentation for obtaining the visa.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: file preparation and invitation letter costs will be fully paid in advance<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>applicants will forward all prerequisites to Film Production Romania<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>applicants will pay the costs &#8211; invoice based, the procedure will start and proceed quickly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulting company will fully prepare the comprehensive file for application, apply for IGI endorsement and will submit it to the relevant embassy \/ consulate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants will be scheduled for Embassy interview <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa type C\/ZA will be issued and film production can start<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: please note application without a thoroughly prepared file will have almost zero
